Amanda Fleming
Amanda is a seasoned HR and bookkeeping professional who recently relocated to South Jersey from Asheville, North Carolina. With over two decades of diverse experience across multiple industries, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Holding an Associates Degree in Office Administration, she has finely honed skills in both HR management and bookkeeping.
Throughout her career, Amanda has adeptly utilized a variety of software systems, including Google Workspace, Sage 50, Quickbooks, SAP, Traqspera, Lawson, Spectrum, Paychex, Quickbooks Online Payroll, Microsoft Office Suite, iCIMS, and My Staffing Pro.
Before joining the OnPoint Team, Amanda served as a Remote HR Manager for a newly established drug and alcohol treatment center in Asheville. Her prior employers sought her expertise in opening their new business, where she played a pivotal role in establishing comprehensive policies, procedures, and HR systems to ensure compliance with state licensure and accreditation requirements. Amanda also managed their bookkeeping duties, including
payroll processing and accounts payable using QuickBooks Online.
Amanda’s diverse career path includes serving in the finance department for Health and Human Services in her local county government in Asheville, where she managed payroll processing for county workers, conducted financial reporting, and handled AR duties. She was also contracted by BorgWarner Thermal Systems to develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new hires, which was successfully utilized plant-wide before being adopted company-wide. Additionally, Amanda spent over a decade as an HR/Office Manager at a retail furniture store in North Carolina, where she successfully oversaw all aspects of HR and office operations.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and exploring her new community in South Jersey.
